Please avoid loud noises in the ward, keep television volume at an appropriate level, and lights will be turned off at 22:00 to ensure adequate rest.

Lunch: 11:30–13:30
Dinner: 17:30–18:30
To order meals, please notify nursing staff through hospital personnel.
2.10.1 Fire prevention: Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited in wards and rooms. Personal electrical appliances allowed are limited to computers, mobile phone chargers, shavers, and hair dryers under 800W. Cooking appliances such as rice cookers and induction cookers are forbidden in wards.
2.10.2 Accident prevention: Do not lock ward or bathroom doors to allow medical staff easy access in emergencies; do not climb on doors, windows, balconies, or other structures.
2.10.3 In case of fire, immediately inform medical staff. Family members should cooperate in evacuating patients safely via emergency routes and follow instructions. Use of elevators during evacuation is prohibited.
A: General wards: Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Weekends from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
ICU: Daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a limit of one visitor per visit for no more than 10 minutes.
A: Customized by the nutrition department according to your condition (e.g., liquid, semi-liquid, diabetic diet). Family members are not allowed to eat in the ward. Outside food must be reviewed by the doctor.
A: Required: ID card, medical insurance card, toiletries, non-slip slippers, water bottle.
Prohibited: Dangerous goods, high-power appliances, excessive cash.
A: Fees: You can inquire about the fee statement through the service window.
Medical Record Copying: Seven working days after discharge, you can bring your ID card to the medical record room for copying (authorization letter and both parties' ID cards are required for entrustment).
A: Protect your blood vessels by preferring PICC or deep venous catheterization to avoid drug extravasation.
Manage side effects by regularly monitoring blood counts. Isolation and protection are required when white blood cell count is less than 1.0×10⁹/L.
A: Immediately press the bedside call button to contact the nurse. During nighttime, you can call the nurse station. If the floor is slippery, please have a family member accompany you to the toilet.
Our hospital has never authorized any individual or organization to collect inpatient fees on its behalf. If you encounter such requests, please refuse and call our supervision hotline at 020-3192 2281.
When taking public transport, please prepare small change or use mobile payments to avoid unpleasant experiences with counterfeit currency.
